These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cloud Republic[](https://www.cloud-republic.ch) ("Site"), a public roadmap and feedback platform operated by dotCLOUD LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Description of the Service

Cloud Republic allows users to view our public roadmaps for all SaaS solutions offered by dotCLOUD LLC. You can track ongoing work on bugs and new features, vote on tasks to help us prioritize, and submit your own ideas. No login or account is required to view content, vote, or submit ideas.

2. Voting and Idea Submissions

You may vote on existing roadmap items to influence prioritization. Voting is anonymous. When submitting ideas, you may choose to provide your email address to receive status updates. By submitting an idea you grant dotCLOUD LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and implement your idea in our products and services without any compensation or attribution to you.

3. User Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that any idea you submit is original to you and does not infringe any third-party rights. You agree not to submit false, misleading, infringing, defamatory, or unlawful content. We reserve the right to remove any idea or vote that violates these Terms.

4. Newsletter Subscription

You may subscribe to our general newsletter on the Site. Subscription is voluntary and governed by our separate Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time via https://newsletter.dotcloud.pro or by emailing contact@cloud-republic.ch.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including roadmaps, designs, text, and graphics, is the property of dotCLOUD LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use any Site content without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site and all roadmaps are provided "AS IS" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that any feature, bug fix, or user-submitted idea will be implemented or that the information on the Site is complete or accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, dotCLOUD LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold dotCLOUD LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or your submitted ideas.

8. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Site, roadmaps, or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Zurich, Switzerland.
